Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Where to begin... Noise is unbearable if you work days or nights neighbors fighting,loud music constantly if not from within the apartments from the party's at the park across the street. When something breaks or goes out and it will good luck. I waited weeks for A/C repair and then shortly after the water heater went out. Ana the manager is very rude after you move in. I will say Eddie the maintenance man is a very nice guy he's very knowledgeable and professional. I had my identity stolen while living here due to the fact that there's no gate to keep people from digging through your trash. Once you give proper notice and find a nice place to move management will take 70-80% of your deposit and charge you for carpet cleaning,screens,blinds and paint even after living in the same unit for over four years. I'd sleep in my car before I'd ever live at Park Place.

Fix my daughters AC UNIT...it hasn't been working since I was there June 3rd! It's now July 1st!!!!! WTH?!?

I have lived here for a few months now and I am very pleased with the property. My rent is competitive for the area and the shared facilities (i.e., laundry, pool, common areas) are always clean. The groundskeepers are friendly and so are the management staff. 

Overall, it's a quiet complex and I've been very satisfied living here. Thumbs up! :)
