Dave and Grant, from the Frank Niesen Company installed a new underground water service at my house. They did excellent work and were so very nice and cordial. The front yard had to be dug up at the street curb. But after they were done and filled it back, it was hard to tell that they had dug anything. Great job guys! I highly recommend the Frank Niesen Company they are very professional.

A job very well done by Matt , thank you very much. We’ve had Niesen put in water heaters , sump pumps and completely finished my basement .  5 stars all the way.

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that "downspout drain was broke and smashed down". I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Grown men who works for this company need to learn how to not dart out between parked cars when buses are driving down the road

This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!
