I was having issues with oil pressure yesterday in the middle of a long trip and had to pull over in Oneida. These guys were able to look at my car immediately, identified a pressing problem with the car and let me know that it was safe (enough) to finish the trip in almost no time. They offered no charge for their advice, and I made it home ok. I can't recommend these guys enough.

These guys are great!! I dropped my car off to get my winter tires put on and my rear brakes done. They called me up an hour later and my vehicle was ready. Not only did they do that but they filled up my tires in my other vehicle free of charge. Hesham the owner also helped me look for winter tires and rim online in order to find the cheapest deal. These guys are the most sincere and honest people that I have dealt with in the automotive field in a long time!! They are true professionals and to say that they were honest would be an understatement!! Thank you so much guys!! Sincerely, John and Susie Mulroy

Half-way through a ten-hour drive the wheel-well of our van came loose, jamming against the tire and preventing us from driving farther. Lenox Auto Center was the closest place. They patched the problem, advised us on where to get it fixed at our destination, and cheerfully sent us on our way. I couldn't be happier with the service! Thank you.
