I lost my dear father recently and was calling around for information on funeral services. A gentleman named Joe answered. I explained my situation and was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. I felt we were already connected. I then asked when I can go there and have a face-to-face discuss. Unlike other places I called that I have to wait for long hours or days, he made time for me right the way. When my mom, my sister and I arrive there, Joe and his colleague Sal together warmly greeted us and assisted us immediately. They accommodated everything we asked for, including the items on our wish-list and even offered suggestions/services that we didn’t even think of. They make sure we have everything covered. By the time we left the funeral home, we all felt good and relieve knowing that dad is in excellent hands. Afterwards, multiple times Sal even called and updated me on the status of what was going on with the process. They made such a difficult process emotionally go by smoothly and sympathetically. I STRONGLY recommend this place for all who lost their love ones and will be recommending this place to anyone I know who needs them.
