Thought I had found a great doctor but it's been 3 close to 4 months since I went to see her for some issues and they were supposed to call me back to refer me to a specialist and haven't heard from them since. I did call them a few weeks after my visit with them but they just keep giving excuses.

After my tests, I kept calling and leaving msg, but no one returned my calls. I will call again, but I don't think I would come back

Love, Love, Love Dr. Shah! Family and I have been going to her since moving to Corona 12 years ago. I trust her so much that several years ago I stopped taking my son (5 at the time) to his pediatrician (that I loved as well but her wait times were upwards of 3 hours with an appointment) and started bring him to Dr. Shah. I have no regrets with that decision. I appreciate the fact that the appointments run on time as they are scheduled. Even more so, that I can call and more times than not get an appointment that same day! I know you cannot please 100% percent of people 100% of the time, but I disagree with the negative comments that have been posted. Every appointment I have been to I have had my vitals taken, and updated any information that has changed (personal and family history). Once Dr. Shah walks in the door she greets you, asks what’s going on, does her physical check-up, gives you diagnosis, reviews the medication (if any) she is prescribing, gives you a chance to ask any questions, let’s you know if a follow up is required and sends you on your merry way. I’ve had appointments that lasted 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I love the fact that I can get in and out. But please don’t take that in terms of her trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. If time is needed to sit down and do a deep dive about whatever situation you are there to see her about, she takes her time to discuss your options. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Shah!

Dr. Shah is an amazing Dr., and human being. She treats her pacients with care and listens to everyone one of your needs, never do I feel rushed or unsatisfied when I go for a Dr.s Check up. She listens and makes you feel welcome, and another great thing about her is, she will do same day appointments, if nessesary, when I get ill, I NEVER have to worry about having to wait a few days before seing her, she makes the time for you. I am blessed to have found such an GREAT Dr. I highly recommend her!! Thank you, Dr. shah:)

Well things sure have changed in that office. First of all, the T.V. was not on in the waiting room. It was there, just not on. Her staff is not "warm" and "welcoming". One of the girls looked super busy and the other girl looked like she just got out of bed and didn't know what was going on. When I was finally inside, I didn't have to wait long. The doctor came in saw my problem and said "You're fine, have a nice day." So much for the signs in the front office that promised thorough and personal care. It was very much impersonal, she just brushed me off probably thinking I was only there for "drugs". The drive home I was really upset, I hadn't seen a doctor in a while and I was worried about my health, the doctor? Not so much. Go there if you have to, but don't expect it to be a very caring environment.
