Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® was founded in 1972 by Gene Kroeger. Tom Lepic joined him a few years later and together they founded the company to maintain an ethical, honest and professional business and to act with integrity, and today our goals are still the same. We believe that relationships and hard work are the reason for our success and we have been committed from the start to be the industry leaders in the greater Iowa City real estate market.
