I can't say enough good things about Leroy's and the staff at this particular location. I had signed up for a credit card here years ago to purchase my wedding band and, to make a long story short, the ring outlasted the marriage and when I called and explained the situation the credit company and the staff at the time were very understanding of the situation and worked with me to settle the debt on the ring. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, my sister had purchased me a one of a kind pendant that I could not find a chain long enough for, my first thought was to head here and see if they had one. They didn't have what I was looking for in their inventory, however the ladies on staff were incredibly helpful and said they could send out two chains to make a custom chain for the piece, they even suggested an adjustable chain because of the nature of the pendant. There were some issues regarding some slight differences in the 2 chains that had been sent out to be put together, but instead of the chains just being put together and me being unhappy about the result, I received a call about the situation immediately and everyone was very kind and professional and had me come in to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The order was rushed for me because of what had happened and I was able to go pick it up even sooner than I thought I could. I couldn't be happier with the chain and am grateful to all the lovely women who helped me and who took the time to make sure I got what I needed, even despite the hiccup with the chains. Thank you guys!! I will definitely be back for all my fine jewelry needs.

I used to love going to leroy's...Always felt at home, but now, every single time I go, I get harassed by one associate and pressured into buying something....I don't like it at all and I feel extremely stupid and guilty for letting her pressure me into buying it when I didn't even want it in the first place....I am calling tomorrow and complaining! They might have lost my business forever!
