We've been customers at Les Schwab for over 35 years, both in Grass Valley and Bend, Oregon. They have repaired flat tires on occasion, with NO charge, did not try to sell us new tires unless needed, and then no pressure. Always professional and polite. Plus my husband met him years ago in Prineville, Oregon, the place where Les Schwab started!

Warning!!!! This used to be the place I would go for tires but never work because it's ridiculously expensive as it is but I take full advantage of the free rotations balance and break inspection they offer. Anyway, I took my truck for a rotation/ break inspection and they told me my wheel cylinders were leaking and it would be 900 to fix (ha) when I get home I had no breaks for the first time ever and popped the hood to find a break line coming out of the res had been loosened and all break fluid leaked out 20 min after I left there. Could be a mistake/ coincidence but unlikely so I decide to go in and bring it up with the manager to make him aware of possible sabotage. I told him I am not accusing anyone but when I got home a line had been loosened he instantly said that's bullshit you have a lot of balls and walked away. With this kind of leadership and manager it does not surprise me they have people working there that sabotage cars. If I didn't work on my own vehicles I would have went back and paid 900 like most people in this situation. Just be careful when dealing with this company and the manager Bryan, he's a piece of work.

Outstanding service, every visit! I wanted to post a review as this team has performed outstanding service every time I have visited with excellent customer service! I have seen this team treat every guest, male or female with the same amount of respect on every visit. Three things for all of us to remember for great customer service; Treat the store with the same amount of respect you expect-don't be rude! 2. Don't show up mid-day without an appointment and expect in and out service. 3. Be a responsible adult and pay your bills!

I waited two days for road service and they still didn't show up.  They said 4 hours the first day and they never showed up.  I was only 16 miles from them.  They said that they were looking for me what a load of bs.  I was looking out for them and they never showed up.
