The staff is extremely knowledgeable especially the manager Chris! I just rescued some baby mice after a weed wacker encounter and he was super knowledgeable on how I can treat the wounds, what I should do for bedding for them, and what I should feed them! Super super super awesome experience!

Open later than most places in Grass Valley so I was able to head over after work. The exercise pen I bought was more expensive than I was hoping, but they do have a 60-day refund policy if it doesn't work out. However, the pen has been so helpful on our trip that we've decided it is worth the price. So glad they were open, they saved our trip with our bunny and also allowed foe her to be outside!
