I usually have a great experience here, so that is why I was dissatisfied this time. Nobody came up to greet me; I wasn't given an estimate of how long the wait would be for my inspection; I had to walk out to my car after the service was complete (usually they bring my car right to the entrance of the store. Not a big deal, but it was inconsistent from previous experiences); then I had to come back shortly after the front breaks had been replaced. When I took a short test drive after the replacement it was super scary, because I had to push my pedal to the floor before my car would start to respond!! The team was quick to respond when I returned it, but they didn't apologize for the inconvenience. The only explanation I received afterwards was they had to bleed the lines again because there was a lot of air. This leads me to believe that they didn't test drive it after they completed the work. Lastly, my husband took our other car for an inspection and a team member left a big greasy hand print on the driver door. We will be looking for another location in the future.

Went in for a valve issue. They replaced it for free and gave us excellent advice. Clearly went above and beyond thank you for the honesty.

The employee here are wonderful. Very professional and care about their customers. They are busy so I would make an appointment.

I'm a steady customer. They won me over with their friendly, courteous service. Ryan has helped me on many occasions and this guy literally runs around helping people. He's awesome. He has gone out of his way to do me right. I will continue to go here as well as my family due to their friendly service and the will to get it right. This is the West Sacramento, CA store. Roy.
