Stay away from this place at all costs. I brought my car in for an oil change and the car was returned to me with a broken seal on a head gasket. During my wait I saw two of the mechanics get into a physical fist fight with each other at my car and the entire garage of mechanics came and separated them. The man involved in the fist fight then continued to work on my car, seemingly taking out all of his frustration on my clutch and engine. This place is an embarrassment and thought I was going to be involved in a physical altercation if I spoke up about how unhappy I was about the service. Do not go here for any reason whatsoever. If you break down near it, email me or reply to this thread. I promise I will personally drive you somewhere else. I recommend Sierra Hart Auto Repair which is relatively close by.

@$#%& this place im so glad im outa there there is black mold growning thru the walls in the break room all over this place needs osha to take a peek. Im serious havnt got paychecks in over 10 months, gives us cash no check no taxes taken out i barley got my w2s after reminding the owner everyday. Real talk. Do not go here2725 west capitol west sac.!

I did a diagnostic and they gave me a receipt with a written note that stated what needed to be fxed. After I left I realized I needed the actual report that showed the codes. They keep saying the original is at the office. Without the codes I cannot get an estimate from anyone else.

Owen was incredible from the first time I called. They were very helpful and worked quickly to get the work done for me. Communication was key and I felt like they were really giving me all they could. I'm always skeptical about working with shops, but I left Meineke getting confident that my car was well taken care of and that I wasn't taken advantage of. Thanks so much for your great customer service and for getting my car fixed!

Friendly staff and quick service. The AC in the building was broken when I visited but the front desk staff were accommodating and offered water.
