I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service today, today we got a flat tire, I called about a half hour before they closed thinking I would set up an appointment for tomorrow. The gentleman on the phone told me they could change it tonight. I am very impressed with how well they treated my family and I.

I wish the friendly smiles and the ridiculous running out to meet you made up for the horrible service I have received here. Had brakes replaced on my truck including calipers, only to have one of the calipers go bad a couple months later . Took it back and said its pulling really hard to the right when I stop, they check it out and say I need an alignment... so pay for an alignment... still pulls right when you stop. Take it back again.. Oh well look the left caliper is bad ... which makes the right one work twice as hard and ruined the brand new brake pads... so they put new caliper on left, brake pads and rotor on right. THEN CHARGE ME $380 some bucks for it!! I ask isn't this under warranty... from the owners mouth "do you have your warranty paperwork?"... I could not find it.. I say cant you look this up, I just had it done not long back.. The Owner " No we don't keep any of those records".... UTTER BS... I finally found the original bill for it and took it in... and then he still would not honor it... 

The most dishonest dealing I have ever had with a "service" provider.
