Jesse and all the Mechanics have always taken super good care of my rig. They are ASE certified and have mastered their craft. I would gladly pay dealership pricing to have these guys work on my X5. The customer service is on point. They genuinely care to help and if for whatever reason they can't, they will make sure you find the right solution for you.

These folks were great! I was on a road trip from Portland to Salt Lake the other day when my Dodge Sprinter developed engine trouble. The three people in the office pretty much counseled me for 15 minutes and declined to take my money. They encouraged me to limp along into Boise where I would likely find a specialist who could fix my problem. They wouldn't even let me buy them coffee! Made it to the Mercedes dealership on the west end of Boise where they fixed the thing in less than 3 hours. Can't thank the staff at Precision enough.

My 1989 BMW 325i conked out just outside of Baker City.
I read the reviews below and thought it was too good to be true.
I figured I was going to be bleeding money all through the town.
Canadian plates and a tourist to boot.
Someone at the motel suggested Precision.
Dusty dropped everything to get my car back on the road.  I figured at least a 4 figure bill.
Total?  $211.00
I wish I lived in Baker City.  
It pays to get off the freeway and go into town.

The whole town was very cool and funky as well.
