Visiting that place was a very pleasant experience, I got all the answers I wanted unlike other agents, we were surprised by the seriousness, professionalism and demonstrated knowledge, I suggest to all those people looking for reliable insurance. My visit was successful.

I was new to the area and found Leticia Insurance Agency through Google. I chose to get a quote for my homeowners and auto insurance.  I must say I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received.  They made me feel like family and I would highly recommend them I have been with this Agent for the last 16 years.

I have never experienced such a bad customer service.  After multiple calls, with no luck,  trying to renew two polices, the insurance company finally cancelled the polices because lack of payment.  I never received the invoices and Leticia did not answer my calls.  Stay away from this place.
