Run as fast as you can!!! I have left my adjuster a message per day for the last week, and no call back. I guess it would be time for me to trade up by the time I get a call back about my repairs ..so if you have any other options for insurance even if its a few dollars more save yourself the stress of dealing with a company that would make getting in touch with the president of the united states easier.  The only star they get is because we have to click on one star to proceed.

By far the WORSE INSURANCE company I’ve dealt with! Lack of communication and they’ll get you with fees and late charges. No supervisor to speak with... BS.. the Reps are freaking morons who can barely speak any English. They’ll hang up on you if you are right and they are wrong!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES!!! Go somewhere else.. I would give 0 star but I have to write a review!! RUDE RUDE RUDE.... no customer service. They don’t believe in the “customer is always right” you have been warned folks!!

This place sucks! Go some place else! Not worth the headache! You'll get screwed! My claims been going on for 2 months and STILL NO status of what's going on with my claim!

Absolutely terrible excuse for an insurance company will rob you at any chance they get customer service is terrible woman who answers the phone yells at you. Do not expect them to be professional. Please do not consider so this place can go out of business
