Love, love, love this place. The best spot on U street for unique, eclectic, funky clothing and jewelry. You'll find one of a kind pieces and fun signature pieces. I have a necklace I bought there years ago that is still the star of the show when I wear it.

I love Lettie Gooch! Whenever I am looking for standout pieces for work or play, I stop into this boutique and I am pretty much guaranteed to find a unique item I adore. You will pay more than in cookie-cutter women's clothing stores in the area, but it is worth it. Also, the service is always fantastic, no matter how busy the store may be. This store is a definite must for women who like their wardrobes to be an interesting and fun reflection of their stylish selves.

With a recent purchase, Lettie Gooch overcharged my credit card by $35. When my bank statement showed this, I called in, and the clerk said they would take care of it. They did not. Then I had to follow up in person, and requested to return the item for a refund. They refused, saying their policy does not allow for returns--- even when the overcharge was THEIR mistake. Worse yet, their attitudes were horrendous and snotty. Worst customer exploitation I have ever experienced. Do not shop here!
