I have been doing my tax prep with them for the past three years. Mine is not particularly complicated but they are very knowledgeable and professional. They still take the time to sit with me and go through the details which is nice. Can’t comment on their other services but their tax prep is top notch. Yes it is somewhat pricier than the HR block type services but they put more effort into making sure you are getting what you deserve back in a refund so it is def worth it.
