The staff is nice, the Inn is rundown, though they are trying to remodel, so kudos to them for this. They were very kind to me and gave me one of the most decent rooms in the facility. I am very grateful for it. It is more of a residential motel as versus a regular place to stay and good on them for taking care of the locals in Billings that need such a place. Blessings on you, guys! Thank you again.

Not a place to bring the kids. Good place to find drug addicts and prostitutes of both gender. Horrible management

Horrible, dirty feeling, dark, hasn't been remodeled in years!, room smells moldy, small beds, doors off hinges, very noisy, very cheap heating, old tv, bad blinds, cigarette burnt bedspread, no place to hang anything, very cheap appliances, trash under bed! DO NOT COME HERE! Guy at front desk is very helpful

Roach infested! We stayed here 2yrs ago and still traumatized. We also stayed a night in their extended stay building next to this one. The roaches were even worse. They were crawling everywhere! My 11yr old son ended up in the ER with extreme fever and body aches after staying here. I don't know if he got his sickness from the room, but I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are very small, just room for a bed, might table, and a mini fridge that the t.v sits on. The bathroom doesn't even have a door to close for privacy. The toliet is so close to the sink you can take a piss and brush your teeth at the same time. The location is good, it's easy to find and or give directions to. It has an I sight laundry Matt which is nice and convent and welcome to the public as well as the guest staying at the hotel.
