I booked a room after being stranded from our car breaking down. The room was nice and staff was too. However the room got double booked and at 4:30 in the morning two gentleman walked in on my husband two kids and I. I asked for my money back in the morning and they said they would give it back. She then also told me she saw that there had been smoking on the balcony (I was unaware that we couldn't and talked to her and she said that was fine just don't anymore and she wouldn't charge) a week after staying I got charged for the room. I then called and was informed the managers decision was to Charge us for the room and not for smoking. When I was originally told that is was a warning no more smoking and no charge and money back. Then was also informed they had to refund the rooms in both sides of us because we were then up and "loud" on the balcony until 6 am. I said yes we were up and apologizing to the men who felt terrible for walking in on us. She said sorry but we will not refund the room. If we do then we will charge for the smoking.... 

Just felt unsafe and management accommodated everyone else in the matter except us. I realize that yes we did smoke on the balcony but she said there would be no charge and the room would be refunded and now it has changed. Ugh

I recently booked a room online for me and my wife. We got a pickup service from the motel. When we reach the motel, it was clean though not  a big one. The staffs were helpful and the room was clean and neat. we had a good night sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. Over all good and will come again when in billings.

Most disgusting place I've ever seen. There were stains on the chairs, bed, and the bed sheets. There was a hole cut in the bathroom door to get past the toilet. The towel rack was falling off the wall. The shower had black grime all over it. The lamps next to the bed weren't plugged in and there were no outlets near them. There also wasn't any parking so we had to park on the street. Breakfast sucked.

My bf and I stayed here for one night while driving across country. 
The staff was very helpful. I called early to let them know that we would be later than the time they had said for check in. The young lady told us if we just let her know what time we will be here by they will wait to close down The office. I've never stayed somewhere that doesn't have 24 hour staff but they were willing to accommodate staying later for us which was appreatied. 
 The room does have a smell but it isn't a bad smell. The room also has a lot of mismatch furniture but I don't find that a problem I'm not here to spend to long in the hotel.  

I would say if you are looking for a night or two to stay and are not planning on sticking in your hotel room all day it's pretty good deal. 
On the other hand if you are planning a family vacation where you are going to stay at the hotel during the time then it might not be the best option.

A dear friend of mine stayed there last week. I'm telling the world, "DON'T EVER GO THERE".
When I tried to call her, the clerk would tell me her line was busy (did this a few times every day) or if I did get transferred then the line would just ring and ring. No possibility of even leaving a message. When I did finally get a hold of my friend, she told me her phone was not busy and did not ring at any other time.
The last day she was there, I had to call the police department there, I'm in Colorado, to do a health and safety Check on her because I was scared for her safety.
Why, because I'd just gotten off the phone with her after talking for a bit. A few minutes later I tried to call her again to see if she needed another wake up call from me for the next morning. When the motel answered and I asked for her room (You can not dial the room number yourself) a make outright refused to transfer my call. Said I was harassing them by calling and wanting my call transferred all the time and said no and if I called again he'd call the police. I told him you can't do that its part of any motels service. Its what you are paid for. You cant isolate people like that. That'd be like  kidnapping. He hung up the phone on me.
I of course called back. They obviously had caller ID because he answered cussing and telling them a female got on and said they had evicted my friend out of the motel because I was calling so much. The police were there now forcing her out (about 10:pm). After more telling I hung up and called the police for a welfare Check.
I don't care what country those people are from, I'm not prejudiced, but you can not do that in America. To isolate and hold people hostage like that. I wish there was some way I could die them. 
SO DO NOT EVER GO THERE AND SPREAD THE WORD.
