I am currently a Senior at Lexington Catholic and have attended this school for all four years. I can confidently say that this school is none of the negative comments which other people have said it is. This school is wonderful. Academically, LC really does strive to prepare you for college and challenge you through their classes so you are ahead of the game. The teachers are always there for anything you may need, and we even have programs in place, such as High Marks, that specialize in helping kids like myself with learning disabilities. I have never once felt afraid to reach out to the faculty if I felt there was an issue that needed to be addressed, such as bullying. The student body at LC is, for the most part, a good group of kids. Of course, there is always a handful of students who want to cause trouble. But that is to be expected from any school. A large majority of our students participate in service activities, and complete a great deal of service hours by the time they graduate; some have even gone beyond the required amount before the end of their Freshman year. I also do not believe that this school has defined "cliques". There are kids who are probably more attracted to sports than the arts, but overall it does not feel like these groups are separated. I, myself, am very inclined towards theater and choir, but I also am the founder of the first ever Archery team here at Lexington Catholic. Finally, LC is very accepting of everybody's differences. We are a very diverse school, and I am proud to say that I have made many friends here through our international program. We also have clubs made by students which invite students to come together as a community and learn more about each other, such as our Diversity Club and UKnighted Club. I hope this review was an eye-opener to how wonderful Lexington Catholic really is. To any prospective parents or students, I recommend you come to this school. I promise you will have an experience that is both academically, socially, and spiritually fulfilling. Thank you.

I'm a student at LC Anything not 5 stars is fake news made up by the no good corporate media. MLCGA. Someone said everyone hates this school but its great. It's not perfect but the other options in Lexington are worse. Also, just to prove my point the girl that said she was a straight A student spelled straight wrong so you make you're mind up about who all is telling the truth. Also rapid sex doesn't make sense and how did you get PTSD from LC. Also, "doesn't" has an s and not a c. The girl who said if you are a girl or of color you will be discriminated against is in fact white. In conclusion, these accusations are fake news.

Okay, if you are coming here for an honest, first-hand account of Lexington Catholic, I will give it to you. I don’t know about the treatment of some other students, but I know for a fact that there are no drug problems in the bathrooms or people having sex in the hallways. The people commenting these things are upset, and I don’t know their stories, but I do know that Lexington Catholic is not a bad school or environment. It is one of the safest schools in Kentucky. The students and the teachers are loving and there are programs like High Marks that help those who have trouble. I know almost everyone here, and we are like family. No one I know would hurt a fellow classmate, and if anything like that did happen, we would not just standby and let it happen. Please don’t make judgements about LC until you go there and see it for yourself.

If you're looking for a student review, well here you go. This is a terrible school that docent even deserve to be called Catholic, each day I was berated by my fellow student, telling me to hang myself and throwing me into my locker. I had to leave this school due to medical reasons, of my mental health. Before attending Lexington Catholic I was a happy, athletic, and strait A student, and after just one semester I was ruined and continued on a downward spiral all because of the horrid cruelty I had encountered on a daily basis. The teachers were even worse with their horrible care for their students, days when I was almost brought to tears they just looked away like nothing was happening. And their so called president is like a ring leader of pain. Not to mention the horrible drug usage, rapid sex, and constant racial and sexist slurs throughout the hallways. I was not the only student that left, further proving my point. In other words if you want for your child to be forever mentally ruined and destroyed no longer to be normal and suffer from PTSD from a high school, then send your child here, but if you have any love in your heart for you child turn away as fast as you can.
