Elena Smirnova is a wonderful real estate agent! She is very knowledgeable in NY real estate and an expert in investment properties. Prior to the showings, she put tremendous amount of time and effort in finding the right apartments. As a result, we were able to zoom in on my first apartment in one trip to NY (I live on the west coast so this is a huge time & money saver). From initial apartment search to the closing, she always knows what to do/the right person to contact every step along the way. Her recommendations on real estate attorney and home inspector are to be excellent. What impressed me the most is Elena's ability to offer unbiased and insightful opinions whenever I'm in doubts/have questions. It really has been a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend Elena!

I am enjoying my beautiful apartment,  thanks to Lucas Smith. Lucas is an exceptional young man, perceptive to client needs, works within the parameters,  thinks outside the box and delivers what the client is looking for,  very promptly,  in my  case within two business days .
Lucas also sold my old apartment at the highest price and within the time frame.
He very professional and committed to his work,  even while being sick.
I love my upper east side apartment for many reasons and I can't thank him enough for that 
I also want to thank his team for all the help

Review for LG Fairmont and Justin Popovics:
Two years ago my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Justin when we initially began our search
for a new apartment in NYC. Justin worked tirelessly on our behalf to ensure that we had everything we
needed for approval. At the very last second, my wife and I backed out of the application and remained at the
residence we were at. Despite “losing” the deal, Justin was the epitome of class and professionalism.
Fast forward to today: We were back in the market for a new apartment. Not even for a moment did we
ponder contacting anyone but Justin. Our initial experience with him was so overwhelming positive,
that we made sure to save his contact information. Without hesitation, he jumped right back in to help us. 
We had very specific needs such as outdoor space, dog approval, a unique budget and of course my wife’s 
unbending desire for our new apartment to have “character” that matched her taste. Justin spent what seemed 
like days on phone calls, texts and e-mails with both of us as our showings schedule developed. He literally 
showed us one apartment and we took it on the spot. How he mitigated our needs and desires into finding 
THE APARTMENT, our new home, in one shot? I really have no idea except that he's that good at what he does! 
We're still blown away by his flawless performance from beginning to end. All in all, there is simply no possible way 
we would consider using anyone else – you shouldn’t consider using anyone but Justin either.

Simon rented out my unit and found me a tenant within a month. During the process he quickly responded to my texts. He showed the apartment early mornings and late evenings to accommodate potential rentals’ schedule. He effectively took care of all the logistics/paperwork for the board. It was easy to work with Simon. He’s a really nice guy, too!
