I knew that finding an apartment in NYC would be a challenge, especially given my status as an international graduate student in need of a short-term, furnished rental. Initially I was hesitant to work with a broker; however, when I first contacted Min Kim through Nest Seekers International, he responded promptly and provided me with a detailed and comprehensive overview of the rental process in NYC. His transparency combined with the breadth of his knowledge made him easy to trust, and choosing to work with Min ended up being a great decision. 

He responded to all of my questions meticulously and efficiently, and he was kind and pleasant. Not being present in NYC at the time added a layer of complexity to my search, but Min was extremely helpful and accessible, and he really made the process so much easier for me. He understood and respected my needs, viewed apartments and shared photos with me, helped me prepare my application and ultimately found me a wonderful place to live.

He was with me every step of the way, even driving me from the airport to my new apartment. I would definitely work with Min again and recommend him to anyone seeking a home in NYC!

Min Kim has been a great agent, he understood right away what I was looking for and did a impeccable search according to all my requirements. He was extremely professional and fulfilled all of my expectations when looking for someone in order to find the right place. I totally recommend him!

Nest Seekers is the best real estate company you could find in NYC, especially if you are looking for a place in West Village. My broker Gerald is super helpful and professional, he helped me with the application process, viewing, and even the moving company recommendations. I definitely had a positive experience with Gerald and Nest Seekers. Highly recommend to everyone!

My husband and I recently worked with Gerald Magpily, of Nestseekers International, New York, New York, to rent a 1 bedroom apartment in Manhattan. As many people know or suspect, finding a good apartment I Manhattan, NYC, is often a VERY daunting task...sometimes it is even impossible!  Gerald made this task super easy and pleasant for us. He found us exactly what we wanted, in our first choice neighborhood, for a good price, and in one week!! We love it and couldn't be happier. Additionally, Gerald took care of so much paper work to free us up and that is priceless!!! Both of us are very busy professionals with more than one residence so this was very important to us. Lastly Gerald is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend him!!!
