It was a pleasant experience having L.G. Flint as the contractor for our newly-constructed cottage home (an independent living home at The Summit Retirement Community in Lynchburg, VA).  It was a very good experience for us particularly because of the project manager in charge of our home, Chris Burriss.  The Summit allowed us many design / construction choices for our new home and Chris resolved any issues quickly and expertly and he was very good at explaining things to us and helping us anticipate future happenings before they occurred.  I would highly recommend L.G. Flint for any of your construction needs and especially Chris Burriss as your project manager.
