I agree that the old library was not a good place to study but now it's moved to a brand new building next door to the first one and it's about five hundred times better. There are separated study rooms as well as a separate room with a stage for the readings and plays. Lots of seating and big windows. I think they're still waiting for new books so there are a lot of empty shelves but it's still brand new. I recommend it. My favorite place to write.

Beautiful, spacious renovated library that is about 2-3 times the size of the old one. Now there is always enough computers available so you'll never get booted from a computer. The wifi is spotty though, and does not work well with VOIP phones. There are good selection of books and you can request many books from the liveoakpl network, which comes in and ready for pickup in about 3 days. The bathrooms are mostly clean, though there is no paper towel for drying hands, only driers. There is a separate space and computers for children only.

The library has study rooms if you need a quiet place to work, usb and a/c outlets, and programs for children.
