I ordered glass for a table when it arrived it was beautiful,  nice job guys as usual.  I've done business with the other company, they are very rude, I would rather board up my windows than deal with them .

I ordered a glass table top from them and it took 18 days to get to my house! They said it would take 3 or 4 days! At first I gave them the wrong dimensions for my table and they said they cancelled it and reordered it properly with the new dimensions. It got there in about 5 days...broken! Somehow in transport the glass broke and they said it was anchored down properly or some excuse. I had to wait about another 5 days and when it did come in... it was the wrong width, the one that was supposed to be cancelled! About 5 days later my glass comes in early friday morning, yet they can't find the time to deliver it to me until late Monday! 18 days total! I asked the delivery man what took so long and all he did was shrug and offered no excuse. This company is ridiculous, do no order glass through them and go to someone else because they can't possibly be worse than Liberty Glass!

Someone who owns "many commercial buildings" probably doesn't have time to write a review here. Nice try passing the blame to a regional distributor, well they do business with that distributor and as far a customer is concerned it's Liberty Glass' fault and no one else's.

I have ordered commercial windows and doors from Liberty on many occasions. I own several commercial buildings in Watertown, and have never had a problem. If something is not right- they make it right. 

The pricing and service are very good. Mr. Burger should understand that his tabletop came from a regional distributer, not the local company, and if the piece came in broken, it was broken in transit by the distributer who brings in the glass. 

Custom glass is not waiting in the shop to be delivered, particularly if the piece has to be beveled or tempered.

I'll keep doing business with Liberty, and so should you!
