I first had this place recommended to me by my mechanic friend who would work on my car at his garage for a job he did not have the tools to do himself. I've gone to this Monro 5-6 times and every time they have been friendly and taken the time to explain what they found that was wrong in a non-patronizing way. 

Jon who works in the office/lobby is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He is very polite and listens to your description of the symptoms your car is showing and explains the results and prices before work begins. I usually call ahead to schedule to make an appointment and I've never had to wait for service and the work is always done by the time they estimate.

**Bonus is oftentimes you can find a coupon off alignments and oil changes online**

Oil change in 30 minutes or less. Price was reasonable for high mileage oil. TV & chairs in waiting area. Small restroom to

Had synthetic oil change done car said it needed oil change 3000 miles after oil change. Store says they will reset counter not check oil with attitude

Went in for a simple oil change, free tire rotation and brake check. Yes my car is a little older. 2008 Subaru, with 74500 miles. But they charged me 374.00 to replace the battery and install new brake pads. This place is quite the rip off. Unfortunately, I used them out of desperation. Be warned, take your business somewhere else.
