I hate when Dental offices and medical places refuse to take insurance.  It shows that they are greedy and only care about the bottom line and not to care for patients.  The simple fact that their website also states things like assisting you on completing insurance forms is entirely misleading.  These kind of places are not to be trusted.

Used Gillepsie for 3 years. He is an OK Dentist. My wife did not care for him but I did not want to find another one. I had an appointment with him , showed up, and the receptionist told me I was not on the books. I had an appointment card with the date and time and they dropped the ball big time. First time in my life that ever happened. It was like I had walked in off the street trying to get in,never mind the fact I had seen him for 3 years. Plus he had built a big Dentist "complex" which took away the hometown appeal . If I ran that place,would tell the receptionist if anyone ever shows up for an appointment and they are not in the books,you come get me.

I cannot recommend enough. I have a terrible phobia of dentists. This was probably the best dental experience I've ever had. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Gillepsie was wonderful. There was absolutely no shaming involved. Matter of fact explanations. Clear outline for treatment that needed to be done and what could wait. Prices were good and offered cash discount. Thank you very much.

I found Liberty Hill Dental based on patient recommendations and will stay with Dr. Gillespie for as long as he'll have me as a patient!  My son broke his front teeth on evening and Dr. Gillespie left dinner with his family to take care of mine.  That night, he opened his office and singlehandedly stabilized my 10 year old - including making him feel completely at ease.  Dedication, compassion, humor - rare in today's medical environment.  Plus, his staff is highly motivated, pleasant and very professional.  No reservations on my recommendation!
