I was recommended by someone I highly trust to this office for my daughter's dental work (she's 3) so I decided to use them for myself. The office staff and hygienists were great, no problems there. They even have an introductory pricing special. The problem is that Dr. D said I had 7 cavities and my daughter 5. For $3000 worth of dental work, I decided I had better get a 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did. I found a much more conservative dentist that couldn't even find the spots on my teeth that were supposed to be filled! I only had 1 spot to watch which he says is probably some composite underneath a filling. My daughter did have some enamel wear but not enough to have the extensive work done on her I was told she needed. She is going to have 1 spot filled. So we went from 12 cavities to 1 between the 2 of us! I can't believe the difference in dentists. So scary and sad that they would want to put a 3 year old through unnecessary work!

 The office staff and the dentist have been amazing. I do not believe I have ever used the word amazing in a review. I have had a number of issues that have all been handled with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this office.

I went to Dr. West for the first time in 2006 or so and absolutely loved them and since have moved out of the area. I decided that the drive from Austin to Liberty Hill was totally worth it. I love the whole staff (all women) and they talk to you while they are doing the work. Just love them!

Dr. West and her staff is the very best dentist I have ever been to.  I just had major dental work done over the past few months and I give her 10 stars!  She's a perfectionist.  She does an awesome job pre-numbing before she uses the needle which I hardly ever felt.  That means a lot for how much she cares about your comfort level all while watching tv.  Wow!  Thanks, Dr. West and staff for taking such good care of me and giving me exactly what I've always wanted. - beautiful natural looking veneers!  Now I really have something to smile about!  Woohoo!
