Christina Trombino showed me places accommodating to my needs and made the whole process easy. She arranged a tour for me and was clearly knowledgeable in the area. She was very responsive and worked with me throughout the process. Everyone else I saw at Liberty seemed very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

Christina Trombino is exactly what you want in a real estate agent. She is driven, thorough, pleasant and accommodating. She was incredibly accessible throughout my correspondence with her and possesses a personal touch that makes you feel like you're working with a friend. She's invested in her clients. I was more than happy to write this review and would, without hesitation, recommend her to family, friends and colleagues. I look forward to potentially working with her again in the future.

Christina Trombino was amazing. She was a great help! We looked at 7-8 apartments all in one day and she was really helpful and informative. She drove us around to each apartment and she she gave us a tour of the areas. She also explained what there was to do in each area. She was really great all day and answered any questions we had. Christina also made signing the lease very easy and she told us exactly what we needed to do through out the entire process.

Pros: The agent who helped us, Carlos Garcia, was very helpful and was very prompt with his responses. He helped us all through the process and we thoroughly appreciate the help.

Reason for the negative review: Me and my wife, both have stable jobs and provided Liberty Realty with our paystubs and offer letters. Still they went ahead and did  a hard pull on my credit report. That brought down my credit score by 12-15 points and will likely stay on my account for 2 years. Before providing Liberty Realty with our details we explicitly asked twice if it will be a hard pull or a soft one and they said it will be a soft pull on both occasions. That is not done at all! When we are not applying for credit then why a hard pull? When I asked them to get that removed they said they cannot. Hundreds of realtors around the country are okay with soft pulls, except this one. Unless you want that hard pull on your account, stay clear of Liberty Realty!!!!
