Ed helped my husband and I buy our first investment property.  We were nervous to take out a second mortgage outside of our primary home, but Ed held our hand throughout the process.  He was never pushy and always kept our best interests in mind.  Ed is super knowledgeable and professional - he always makes you feel like you are his only client even though he has so many!  The ease of how everything was handled was phenomenal.  Ed suggested the renovations that made sense for the apartment - upon completion, he rented it out for us within a couple of days! Process was seamless and easy.  I HIGHLY recommend using him as a real estate agent for both sales and rentals.  Won't get better!

Ed helped us buy a new 2 bedroom apartment in Jersey City, NJ and we absolutely loved working with him. He was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He constantly looked out for our best interests and was committed to our search. We can't thank Ed enough for his help and direction throughout the process. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, rent, or sell.

I dealt with many real-estate professional in the past - both buying and selling our primary homes and looking for investment properties. Honestly, I can count only one agent with the similar level of professionalism and customer dedication as Ed Verdel. That was 18 years ago. I used Ed’s services to find and purchase the rental property in Hoboken last year. Ed exceeds expectations on anything he does from helping to find the right property to support you after the deal is done in looking for tenants. He is very honest and you can rely on his professional opinion which is very important when the property may not be as good as it looks to a less experienced person like myself.

"We have used Ed twice in Bergen County.... so that should say it all. 

Once for a house rental with a dog and once for a home purchase. Finding a rental that accepts dogs is crazy hard in Bergen, but Ed recommended towns that we weren't even looking at, and spoke to landlords to see if they would change their no dog policy. He went above and beyond and got us a rental in record time so we could move from out of state to NJ in three weeks. When it came to purchasing a home in a very, very competitive Bergen town Ed's negotiation skills won us the home. There were 5+ other offers and we won out, even though there was a higher bid for 33K more than ours. His strategic approach to crafting an offer won us the house, I have no doubt. He responds super fast and was always there for us during the stressful process of buying a house. 

If you are looking for an agent, do not look any further!!!"
