I attempted to use this agency for my Destination Wedding travel needs to Hawaii. The agent promised to have information to me which I could share with my invited guests last Friday. I never received it and it's now been at least a week from when I originally called. I called them yesterday and was informed that the agent handling my travel planning was on vacation and would not be back until next week. Another agent promised to send me the information, but yet again...I received nothing! These "agents" are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive and tend to make a lot of excuses for their inadequate service. Destination wedding planning requires attention to detail and a sensitivity to hard deadlines! As I plan all the details for my wedding, I do not need to suffer the added frustration of worrying about my guests receiving professional service, or any service at all, from these people.

I did not realize when I spoke with someone on the phone about travelling that I would have to sit in the middle of the busy mall to meet with them. I could barely hear a word and ended up deciding to go with a different agency. Needs a new location.

Vacationed in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic during Labor Day holiday, 2015. I was able to get a reasonable rate, make payments along the way, and stayed at an all inclusive resort (Melia). I only had one issue. I had to endure a hard sales pitch (which I really wasn't supposed to do--I didn't realize it until after I got there).  Besides that, everything else was pretty much a lot of fun.  Not sure about the other negative reviews. I can only speak of my experience. I would book with them again.

Went past there today at 6:45 p.m. the door and website clearly states the hours are until 8 p.m. but the door was locked and the associate just looked at us as we attempted to open the door and went back to being on her cell phone. Sad thing is they just lost a lifetime customer and I was ready to book 3 HUGE trips with them.

This was the worst my family travel every year but this agent Gail from the catonsville office was the worst ever the money is all mixed up the people that dropped out she said the money go to her I don't recommend to anyone
