Mauvaise expérience, j'ai acheté un livre pour enfant comme cadeaux de Noël, mais sachant que d'enfant l'avait déjà, je revient une semaine après pour me faire rembourser. Surprise ! Pas de remboursement ( personne me l'avait dit à l'achat), de plus je me fais maltraiter para la dame à la caisse. Plus jamais, j'ai voulu les encourager mais la prochaine fois j'irai encourager quelqu'un d'autre.

Je regarde un livre et une mère à côté de moi aussi. Son enfant fait des petits cris après moins de une minute on lui demande de sortir avec un air tu n'es pas la bienvenue! Dsl mais ce n'est pas une bibliothèque mais une librairie je comprends mieux pourquoi cet endroit a des difficultés si elle renvoie chaque mère ainsi! Je suis partie moi aussi sans acheter mon livre!
