Received excellent efficient service from Ana at the Mercer Island office. My son was treated and I was cleared in under an hour. Well worth the peace of mind!

They were helpful!
 Very expensive but it is "tedious" and time consuming and time is money and they do it and know how to stop the lice and nits so I paid.

We were  happy and like I said dropped 300$+ there but if it does the trick and seems to have done so. Peace of mind and no bugs  It's  worth it.

And yes we left a tip! People expect everything for nothing these days! It's a business offering a service and u can choose not to leave a tip I guess but why wouldn't you? Cheap bastards!!

Horrible place with rude staff. After charging $100 an hour they had the nerve to ask for gratuity, and even said "Oh, so you're not leaving a tip" after payment.
