Always do I get a great cut, style, and color by foiling! Every hair stylist there is great at their work. I leave feeling polished and stylish.

The haircuts are almost always subpar and the price does not help. The stylists just go through the motions without taking into account the texture of your hair or the shape of your head and face. On the last occasion, the cut was finished and I had some issues with the length. While I was describing to the stylist what I was thinking, the hostess brought my jacket over to the chair and hurried me out. I recommend any other salon on Mercer Island, even Great Clips at this point. At least you will be treated like a respected customer for half the price. The haircuts will be about the same quality too. Don't waste your time and money at Studio 904.

Voted Best Salon in Mercer Island, and I can see why! I've been a loyal customer for years as I always get great service and walk away pleased with the results! Kay, the owner, is an awesome philanthropist, who is dedicated to helping animals, the environment, and the community. What an amazing role model for a staff who really appear to enjoy their jobs while continually expanding their skills! What more could you ask for when choosing a salon? No tipping policy...they have that too!

Love visiting Studio 904 Mercer Island! I've been using the salon since I was a teenager and keep going because there's no other salon like them. Their stylists listen to you very well and give you the best haircut/color that you wanted. The staffs are very friendly and the salon atmospher is very comfortable and I love the parking is always free :) I saw the news that they got 1st place as the best hair salon in Mercer Island - I totally agree!
