Lidl is truly an awesome experience. If you think you know what grocery shopping is, or especially what it costs, allow Lidl to show you why you are wrong.

They have a beautiful building, with open and well lit interior. The bakery you walk by on your way in has fresh breads and baked goods which are pretty hard to pass up. The stock of the store is always rotating with what they can get in, but they always have the staples and sometimes have really good hard to find items. Aside from groceries, the middle aisles are full of everything from slippers, to fishing poles, to yard tools.

The best part of the store, however, is the prices. You will cut your grocery budget in half, and the non grocery items are equally budget friendly.

Overall a great store and great experience.

Certain products are a good value (such as fish and dairy), and there are several imported (European) and organic products, but not a wide selection. Cereals were limited, for example. Produce is supposed to be one of their key advantages, but I didn't find the selection to be very broad, either. Decent beer and wine section, and bins of budget household products such as hardware and automotive. Some very good finds here and there. Other things missing vs. American stores. Definitely not your average neighborhood grocery store.

Love 💗💗💗 this store! Bright and clean, top-notch organic produce, yummy fresh bakery items and a great wine selection. Can't say enough good things.

Oh my gosh....what a GREAT store!  Great selection, fantastic prices!  In store bakery with bread slicer, fresh produce.  Open and airy atmosphere, windows all around.  Double checkout belts, so clerk can start on next customer before first has left.  Bring bags, customers pack themselves.  Well worth it!  The fact that it is always busy speaks for itself!  Anxiously waiting for the Leland NC store to be built!!

I love this store, great prices. Good selection of foods And household necessities as long as you are willing to try their brand vs. The name brands. We like a lot of their foods better, there have been a few things we didn't like but for the most part it's a win on price, taste and quality.
