Incredibly bad customer service at this location.  Way too busy on their phones and don't care about existing customers.  If you aren't buying a new phone from them, they won't give you any assistance.

Beware of the guy In there with brown hair spiky hair he will change ur plan make u pay more he will get ur info and change ur plan fast without u knowing intell ur bill 160 to 200 he need to be fire !!

I don’t know how accurate or true these stories are but they don’t tell you that trade in promos are divided up , I told the guy not to put insurance on my phone and he added anyway , they changed the prices of my trade ins and they added the jump program to my service with out asking. I had problems with this same store last year and customer care had to straighten out the mix ups , they charged me a down payment fee and said it was sales taxes on device . Alls I’m Going to say really look at your bill correctly because customer care takes 3 phone calls to get a person who will listen .
I just noticed even the sales reps at this store leave reviews for the website of this store

Was told my bill would be roughly 160$. It came out to 210$... not even close. Also had 4GB Hotspot added on my plan because “it was a free trial” and then got charged 10$ on each line for it right away 3 Days into it. T Mobile is great and luckily corporate handled it, but this location is just awful. This location was the reason I almost cancelled my service. Go to      T-Mobile, but avoid this specific one at all costs.
