Went into this store & immediately wasn't impressed with their options. There were two guys there, the heavier set guy in glasses was a jerk pretty much the entire time in the store. While the younger guy in glasses was trying to help me & my wife with my young son, the heavier guy begins play fighting with the helpful employee right next time my wife & kid. I also asked the guy a question about a hat & in the most stale bothersome voice he gives me a plain answer. When I decided to get my son a hat & walked to the register, he's standing there just playing on his phone, doesn't acknowledge us, & walks away. He's fortunate he did because I was ready to speak up & say something about his behavior. Terrible service on his part. I'm done with this store.

Do not go to this lids. I tried to return a hat here and the guy with glasses was a real jerk and gave me a hard time.Told me I was just full of excuses when I had said I wanted a return because the hat didn't fit right and I didn't like it. I do not understand how someone would want to work in customer service if they are so rude...
