I cannot say enough wonderful words of praise for this venue! From start to finish, they did an amazing job with each and every detail as we planned a Celebration of Life for my mother. Todd Garfield was the utmost professional, and so very good at his job dealing with so many details. He helped and guided my family with the planning. He was always prompt, kind, courteous and helpful. He listened to details and created a beautiful display that captured so many elements of our mother. The staff at the service were very helpful and thorough. Dealing with the loss of a loved one, and having to face the many aspects of planning a service is very daunting, but with every choice and decision, this event center staff was just perfect! I highly recommend the Life Event Center!
I can’t say enough about the professionalism at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial. The level of compassion this team had for the loss of my precious mother blew myself and my family away. When we talked to our funeral director Paul Hope and told him things about my mom he quietly wrote things down. The day I walked into my mom’s service I was brought to tears and overwhelmed by the absolute beauty. They described my mother’s life by telling her story all around the room. Everything was exactly like my mom. It looked as if my mom set the room up her self. My mom’s death was a complete shock and we were unprepared, so seeing the level of excellence this amazing staff took to make us feel a little better on the worst day of our lives was unprecedented. I would like to personally thank Paul Hope and his amazing team for everything they did for my mom, and my family. I can’t express the gratitude I have for each and everyone of them. God bless you in abundance for your graciousness and your hearts of compassion. Below are just a small view of what my moms service looked like. Words can’t express how appreciative our family was for Paul and his staff. They were a Huge Help, they made everything so easy for my family. The entire staff showed compassion and kindness to our needs. They set up a beautiful memorial arrangement for my father. And they even helped us with the arrangements at the Cape Canaveral national cemetery. God bless your kindness.
The death of one's mother is always hard but Florida Memorial Gardens met my needs and if I could give them a score higher than 10, I would. They were sympathetic and caring, professional, timely, true to expectations. I and my family felt well cared for during our time of grief. I had buried my father there over twenty years ago and now I buried my mother there. Would have no other place. Strongly recommended.
We were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff at Florida Memorial. Everything went as we requested, and the services provided on the day of the burial were carried out efficiently and respectfully. Lashaunda and Nadia were especially helpful, and we appreciate their attention to details, their concern, and their kindness.
You never expect to get the call that your father has passed away. With no idea what to do next, I called the life center and they graciously walked me through the whole process of getting dad from the hospital to a viewing and finally cremation. My family was shattered by his unexpected death. Our first meeting with Meagan put us all at ease. She was so understanding of our emotional state as she guided us through arrangements, photos, songs and a guest books for dad’s memorial. She followed up on every detail even arranging for someone to speak at the memorial of over 50 guests. The wonderful staff created displays of flowers and even loaded them into our cars after the service. We are ever so thankful.

Everything worked out and had a smooth transition from beginning to end. The Memorial service was beautifully done. The Hope brothers, Allan and the rest of the staff all did an amazing job. The efforts with the USAF Honor Guard were very well done and we were very honored to have their services present. Paul Hope was able to pull this task off successfully. Thank you again for all the teams efforts.
Angela walked me through the whole process of cremation for my Dad. I couldn’t have asked for a more informative, compassionate and under the circumstances pleasant experience! Also other staff members were just as compassionate and caring! I would recommend Life Event Center for their loved ones! I know my husband and I will be making our pre-arrangements with them soon!
I had fortunately never planned a funeral before this last week and fully expected an unpleasant and trying experience. While my loss was devastating, my experience with Paul, Rick, Matt and the entire memorial gardens staff was exceptional. From the first day and through the event itself everyone I dealt with went out of their way to accommodate my wishes with compassion. It is strange complement to receive, owing to the nature of the event, but multiple attendees told my mother it was the most beautiful memorial service they had ever attended.
