Very dirty offce located in a basement that smelled like cat pee with air freshener covering up the odor. Dr. Desai was dishonest in regards to my daughter's teeth having 5 cavities. I requested my daughter's x-rays be mailed to me on two occasions and I never received them, even after they had informed me that the x-rays were mailed to my address. This doctor is a total fraud that appears to feed off of the insurance companies, and her staff lies! Don't believe any of the online positive reviews that you read, as they are most likely false reviews. Avoid this dentist by all means!

Dr. Desai and her staff are always professional, friendly, and punctual. The office is clean and comfortable.

This dr is fraud, she changed the name , it used to be polite dental, totally fraud, do not ever go to this office, she will never finish treatment or refund your money. Do not ever buy Groupon, it is fraud. Dirty office and very unprofessional people. If you have bad experience file claim with New Jersey state board of dental office.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save yourself the trouble. Dr.  Desai and her team are completely non-responsive .  I first learned about Dr. Desai when she ran a Groupon special on Invisalign. I purchased my Invisalign and paid IN FULL. I have since completed 6/10 trays. I've been calling Polite Dental (recently bankrupt and now called Life's OK Dental) since the beginning of November. I've only been able to speak to Marie- who is on the answering service and not located in the office.  I've also been leaving constant voicemail messages on the polite dental voicemail and received absolutely NO response.

 I live about an hour away from the office so I had ask my sister to stop by the office to see if she can collect my remaining trays. Upon arrival she was told that the doctor was out due to the death of her father. (I heard this excuse in the past from her office but that's another story) Also, the person who was there was unable to retrieve my Invisalign trays because she didn't know where they were. She explained that she was only there to answer the phones. Why is the office open, if the dentist isn't there AND they have an answering service? 

Needless to say, I still don't have my merchandise and I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a formal complaint as well.

HI MY NAME IS ALICE FEOLA I MET DR DESAI AND I CAN NOT IMAGINE HOW NICE AND LOVING CARING SWEETEST DENTIST I EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I GIVE HER CREDIT FOR MAKING ALL HER PATIENT SMILE AND MAKE THEM SO HAPPY.
