Careless, inept, unprofessional. Dr. Lau charges you for services that he is either too lazy or too incompetent to do well. His analysis of x-rays is poor. He misses cavities until they have become obvious and painful. Upon the realization of his mistakes, his drilling and filling of the tooth is again very subpar, as he seems to want to finish procedures as quickly as possible, without any regard for how his work turns out. "Dr." Lau does not take pride in his work, and it shows. It took me years before realizing that he is an awful dentist, and the subsequent dental bills at a competent dentist to fix Lau's mistakes cost thousands.
