This is a place that I'm seriously considering going back to, if I can remember how to even go back there cuz I don't even remember being there.

bcuz u can't charge ur fone inside, cuz dey cut dem off cuz of the homeless kept coming in an charging wat rechargeable dat dey had, but did is just da opinion of 1 person or so. So u can go over here and c for urself.

Great customer service, but the process is slow and out dated, your appointment may be at 10am, but your not seen until 11:30, you may be scheduled for a cat scan, but you end up having to go to lab.  They need to be more specific with the services you need, and also, more considerate of the amount of time you spend wasted, getting nothing done, no one has time to waste,  especially when your time is "limited", and every moment counts against you. I expect more structure out of an institution rated as highly as thou.

Had an appointment on the 10th Floor. Office was very well run with friendly, efficient staff.
