My experience with Life Storage in Bessemer was amazing! I came out my way to be here because of Sonya Sanders she was extremely nice, informative, and helpful she even called to follow up after I made reservations. I had trouble with making my first reservation , and Dorothy Hill had no problem with assisting me with rescheduling, she was extremely nice, informative, and helpful from the phone conversation, to me walking in the store her attidude never changed. Thank you Life Storage you all made my moving experience great!!

Moving to me is one of the worst life experiences you can have. NOTHING COMPARES !! that was how I felt before I found Life Storage. Not only did they give me expert advice. When I told them what I thought I needed they got me the best deal. On what I really needed and then the manager , Ms Sonya Sanders made sure I had everything I needed, not only when I was renting unit. She helped with truck and helped through my whole move. Not just sign the paperwork and you are on your own. But she was there to handle all my problems when my problems happened and turned them into solutions, not problems at all. She was friendly , thought full. And said my wife looked like a Barbie doll. So my wife gives her a great big thank you all so. If you have to move and need a storage unit or a truck. You can't go wrong with Life storage on Bessemer super highway !!!!!! Thanks Randy

They are great Dorothy the store manager treated me life family. She and her staff were very knowledgeable and caring. I will recommend everyone who need a storage to go and see Dorothy at Lifestorage on Bessemer Super Highway. I had an awesome experience. Best regards, Kendra Howard (customer for life)

Shanta and Dorothy are the best. They make you feel like you're apart of the family. I never talk to them and didn't have a beautiful experience. I really appreciate doing business with this company because of them.

Ms. Sonya is very sweet and helpful. I love when I come in the office she always have such a sweet smile and always have some very nice to say.. If you are having a bad day she will make it good just because of her personally... Thank you Ms. Sonya. (Space i38)
