The girls are just great. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. I used Uncle Bobs in 2016. I am 60 years old would come in on a Sat & one of the girls always drove by to check on me even brought me a bottle of cold water.

I never rented a storage unit before, so I had no idea what I was getting into. I researched all the storage places in the Greater Portland area and found Uncle Bob's in Westbrook to have the lowest rates. When I went in to reserve my unit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to access my things any time I needed, and I could count on getting an answer to any question during business hours. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member above all its competitors in the area. I would not hesitate to do business with them again if I need another storage unit.

If you are looking for a place to store your stuff - Uncle Bob's is your place! To start off with, the property is clean and very well manicured. And, the best part about Uncle Bob's is the staff, Pam and Roxanne. I recently had to pack up and get ready to move a large storage unit full of my ill sisters things. I spent four days, sunup to sundown, boxing everything up. Pam and Roxanne knew my situation was difficult and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were warm, caring and even checked on me periodically to see how I was doing. They were always available to answer questions and help. Even though I was only there for four days, I felt like I had two new friends. They made a difficult situation easier.

My husband and I looked around for storage and settled on Bob's because it was a gated facility that was clean and well-cared for, which is more than I can say for most of the other options. We met with Pam, who was incredibly nice and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and that our stored items would be safe and secure at the facility. She was also very knowledgeable about the facility's policies, procedures and products. I think she provided the best customer service experience I've ever had from any business, ever. If I ever need storage again, I won't look anywhere else.
