I have stored here before and was always impressed with the customer service and this time is no exception. I was storing a car and had trouble getting the storage door open. I called Sue from my car and she took the long trek from the office to help me with the door. A bit after I had a hard time getting my car manuevered into the space. Once again called the office and Sue came out to help me direct me to get my car in. Once that was done, and back at the office, I had to call a cab and she looked up various taxi companies for me and gave me the numbers so my cell phone wouldn't be charged for data. Polite, professional, went the extra mile. Best rates around with 24/7 access and even a website to be able to conveniently pay online. Would never store anyone else. Thank you Sue and Life Storage!

Great place! Had a unit for almost two years! Never any issues. I always knew my stuff would be safe! And the prices are just right. Thank you sue for your great customer service!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, good facility, and nice promotion on a 12x10 unit at their satellite location. While this will only be a 2-3 month rental, I have no doubt the experience will be a positive one.

I just want to say how grateful I am to Sue at Life Storage. My container had not been opened for 5 yrs. and she cleared the debris from the door, put the door back on it's track and struggled to open it for me. Thanks Sue you're the best! Jodi

Most places today, do not know the meaning of customer service. Life Storage does, in spades. Sue and Jack at the Saco facility were friendly, and knowledgeable. Sue and Jack and (Thatcher, at the South Portland facility) were extremely understanding and helpful on a very stress filled day. Facility was clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend Life Storage at any of their facilities.
