From my experience this gym is pretty clean compared to others I have been to. I don't generally go at peek times so may be it is different the.  I am greeted by very polite people at the door. The gym has all the amenities I enjoy. There is enough equipment so I have not had to wait very long to get my reps in.  When I have had questions, they have been answered.  I am not sure why there are all the bad reviews. Only complaint is the trainers are pretty expensive, though I only did my free session.  Overall happy with my experience here. I would give 5 stars but I never do....

The photos are misleading. I dont see these facilities at this location. It is a shame that for such a large location, their restrooms and showers are tiny. The shower room is much smaller and shower curtains would work much better than the bulky glass doors. The shower heads are installed way too high. There is alway a puddle in the steam room due to how the floor was made. Lifetime fitness beats La fitness for cleanliness but the machines at this Lifetime fitness are not updated and the reddish brown cushions put people in relaxing mood instead of motivating them to work out more.

OMG!! Caleb the manager is sooo rude! I was told to talk to a manager. I didn’t think I had to be specific on which manager I had to talk to but I can see why. So Caleb ended up the one I was transferred too and his first response was “what exact goal did you want to accomplish here?” 

Now that what I call customer service right there like NO empathy, NO questions on how the guy look like or anything on that line of concern.

Basically, he doesn’t care that members items are stolen even though signs are now being posted so should we stop being things in like gym clothes or gym bag! I got things stolen from there.

Popular classes are very crowded.  Don't bother trying to show up early - they just keep cramming people in throughout the entire class.  The customer service is also an unpleasant experience and full of red tape.  Glad to have finally jumped through enough hoops to get my membership cancelled.

Worst place to work. Got hired there worked there for a couple weeks then they said they needed to run my background again. But I couldn't work in the mean time. My manager paid me cash never got an actual pay check. This company screwed me over on a job. Nice job lifetime.
