Went to cancel my membership. The customer service guy talks me into putting it on hold. Say its 15 dollars next month it will go into effect. Meaning I still have to pay 1 more month fee. I go in within 3 weeks after putting it on hold to just flat out cancel. To be told I have to give 30 days to cancel it! What this guy told me just put it on hold then cancel whenever with no charge! Will never go back. Love the classes but the times do not work out for a working mom even with the child center they close at 7 pm!

The staff at lifetime is amazing. In particular Craig who works at the food court section made me feel so much better after telling him that my dad had passed at that moment in lifetime.  I will never forget his comforting words, I didn't expect that from a complete stranger. Please give him credit for being compassionate to his customers.

Keep your hours up to date. If you know you're closing early for holidays you need to be accurate online. Being closed 2 hrs before it claims to close online is a bit off don't you think?

Even though it had some cold wind yesterday I couldn't let my kids swim except in the outdoors pool because management don't have a life guard assigned for the indoors pool. Manager there told me that they don't have the budget to assign one for indoors since outdoors one is open. So I'm paying premium and my only option is for my kids to freeze outside !! In addition, outdoors pool water temperature was colder than what would be convenient for most people. I was not the only one complaining.

I've tried this gym a couple times in the past for a few months at a time. I really wanted it to work because it's so close to me and 24/7. Unfortunately, I drive twice as far to go to a gym now. The price is not worth what I'm looking for. I just want to get in a good workout and get out. Their staff will not listen when you tell them what you want to get out of a gym. They will pitch all the amenities that have nothing to do with your goals. Does no good to pay 3x the price for amenities I won't use.
