This gym has really declined.  Years ago it was a great place.   I would like to say that I am not happy with you removing our 24 hour access.  We signed up for a gym that had 24 hours access not a 20 hour gym.  Why are we still paying for full price?   RIP OFF !!!!!  I am leaving this gym in the next week or so and taking everyone with me unless  you revert back to 24 hours.  

You no longer know how to keep locker rooms clean.  I attached a photo.  The photo is of a good day.  nasty towels all over the floor all the time.  No clean towels majority of the time.  

Employees that just hang out and goof off.  They also do nasty things when you are not looking, just FYI you should check on them when they are in the family changing room.  disgusting acts!

We are paying for your employee actions.  You take away hours from us because your employees don't know how to work or act.

Not happy with the place anymore.    Very upset that you adjusted hours on us.  I read through your excuses below about you seeing a decline in overnight usage.   If that is the fact then the few of us that use the gym at night for the 4 hours you close shouldn't be an issue.  Your locker rooms usually are nasty with towels all over the floor when I arrive,  sometimes no clean towels.  I more than likely  will end my membership in the next few weeks due to the lack of hours now.  Hopefully more will follow due to your changes.   Definitely not worth the price not being 24 hours.   My advise to anyone considering lifetime,  go someplace else.   Why pay the high price when you can go elsewhere and get the same for cheaper.   Only thing lifetime had going for them was the 24/7 access.

Quality of water of pool is so bad.
So dirty and busy place.
If you are going to swim at the pool pls change you mind and look for another location.
People are walking around the pool with dirty shoes.
Spa is not working and is not warm. There is no clean towel.
Pool is not deep enough for swimming just 3 feet 6 inch
No air conditioning.

Joined because of good experiences in Maryland. Would have rejoined when I returned to Atlanta if they would have been more responsive when I had questions about my membership ( and rejoining). Atlanta service and cleanliness not on paar with MD.
