This morning I went to the gym trying to get a work out in. The front desk lady checking us in at 7 Am, was extremely rude, unpolite and straight up lied to us stating policies about the guest membership program that don't exist to avoid doing a simple add on to a guest account, when I have done the same thing at other facilities. I was treating her with the upmost respect. Then she rolled her eyes and turned her back on us, she needs to leave her personal problems at the door cause nobody is paying for people to be rude at them. I have been at many youfit gyms across the Country & I have never experience such disrespect.

I've been coming to YouFit since July and I don't really have any complaints. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They all make sure you are satisfied with each of your visits. So far from my experience here I'd say they make the gym fun and everyone needs that motivation to keep on coming in. The staff encourages members to get more involved as far as taking group classes and or getting personal training. I love coming in the mornings, it's not as crowded than it is in the evenings. If you're looking for a nice small neighborhood gym filled with familiar faces then this place is for you.

Worst gym ever. It's cheap but it's not worthy. Extremely small, old equipment, dirty, rude employees and personal trainers using area between the machines for people to run all the time. Disturbing. I've been trying to cancel my membership since I moved to another country and they said I can only do it in person or sending a certified mail with a fee. It's the 21st century and they want to be this shady just to complicate things and steal your money since you can't do it over the phone or online. I would never recommend this gym to not even my enemies.
