Recently joined and use the facility in Colonial Heights. From day one staff members are professional, super friendly, can answer any questions you have regarding membership or training, and make an effort to get to know their members personally. Its nice to be greeted with a smile and leave hearing "see you next time". With several well-equipped locations to choose from, Lifestyles meets all my fitness needs.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Johnson City and the hotel offered free passes to Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center.  I was incredibly impressed when I walked into the gym.  There were enough squat racks and dumbbells in the gym for me to not have to wait on anyone.  And the gym even had a Crossfit gym attached.  This is one of my top 10 gyms that I have ever been to!

really miss the whirl pool and the sauna is never heated. But equipment is good.

I absolutely love this gym. They have all of the equipment that I need for my workouts. Everything seems to be kept clean, from the locker rooms to the weights, to the group fitness classrooms. The staff is very helpful and went out of their way to show me around on my first visit. Also, I normally don't like group fitness classes because they don't seem to be very challenging, but they offer several classes that I have been challenged by, like Meltdown. If you're ever looking for a new gym to try out in the Johnson CIty or Bristol area, I would put this place at the top of your list.

Best bang for your buck in the Tri-Cities Area! This gym has all the features you could want in a gym. Ample supply of equipment, so you don't have to wait to use a machine or wait for weights. Its one of just a few gyms that actually has childcare and the price is very affordable - eliminating excuses for not working out. Lifestyles also offers a variety of group fitness classes and has the best dance fitness instructors in the area. 

A review below mentioned that she couldn't get out of a contract and due to medical reasons couldn't workout for the year. I've been able to "suspend" my membership when I was unable to workout due to giving birth. 

The Lifestyles staff have been nothing but accommodating, friendly, and helpful on my fitness journey. For the membership fee, wealth of equipment and amentities, location, excellent trainers, you can't beat it.
