I love this gym. Its always clean, and the staff is always there when they say they will be! Great free weight area, and the circuit is nice as well. Definitely a great place to join

OK, the three stars is not a reflection on up keep or Staff. Frankly I have never met any staff. For those that are complaining, it is a small gym for an anytime fitness. I workout here when I'm in the area. As a former Strongman competitor I can get a good work out here with the free weights. They have a Squat rack and Dumbells that go up to 100 and probably a 1000 lbs or better in Olympic weights (16 45 lb and accompanying lighter plates) Two Olympic bars. Anyone who knows how to really lift knows you can do whats necessary with this. If yoyr a body builder wanting to stare in the mirrors or a cross fitter they have plenty of mirrors. I can't speak to the Staff because I've never seen any. But it is a sufficient gym not a day spa. A little irritating that you can't use rosie on the bars but that's probably due to a lack of understanding of its use in power lifting (straps aren't allowed). It's not a bad gym just not the best either .

I have been a member for 5 years now, and you can't find a better place to workout for the price. Not to mention you can workout ANYTIME you want.
